Internal hemorrhoids symptoms are bright red blood covering stool, blood in toilet bowl, constipation, hard or tender lumps, anal pain especially while sitting etc. Diagnosed through proctoscopy and sigmoidoscopy, piles can be managed by keeping the stool soft so they pass without straining.
