Is it an oral.ulcer? over the.tongue? This usually appears due to vitamin deficiency or also due to stress. Try taking Tab Becosules ( multivitamin) every day for a month. Also use Zytee gel local application on the ulcer for pain relief

Please make sure you follow any advice with your parent's knowledge, consent and supervision.

You can apply a mouth ulcer gel on the painful ulcer with your clean finger or a clean cotton bud / ball 10 minutes before eating your food. In case you find that it tastes bad or if you are uncomfortable, please rinse your mouth after 5 minutes, it will still help stop the pain.

You can apply the mouth ulcer gel 4 or 5 times per day for 3 days (10 minutes before food) under parental supervision.

You can visit your dentist while accompanied by your parent, to determine the cause of the mouth ulcer and to get better relief from these painful, recurring mouth ulcers.
