Tip of the Day: 

For aching muscles:

  • Soak the aching body part in warm water mixed with a cup or two of Epsom salt.  Soak for about 10-15 minutes and try this for three times a week.  
  • For bruised and inflamed muscles, an ice pack applied to the affected area for up to 20 minutes can reduce swelling and soreness.
  • Mix a tablespoon or two of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water and drink it.
