This pins and needles after burn injury could be most probably due to compartment syndrome which is a common complication after a burn injury . You will have meet the surgeon who would explain you the condition after physically examining the injury and would advice you the necessary treatment

You have Hyperesthesia, Hypesthesia, Numbness, Paresthesiae, Restless leg burning feet,Tingling etc., which you tried to explain. There might be a nutritional deficiency like thiamine and niacin (B-complex def). Also there might be hypothyroidism. Lastly, it could be allergic or autoimmune like crohn's or multiple sclerosis. You need to consult a doctor and do necessary investigations. In the meantime take vitamin B-complex and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
