You may have exercise induced asthma . Other conditions related to the heart and lungs can also cause breathing difficulty . Please visit your general physician and get a referral to a pulmonologist to evaluate further . You may need medicines called bronchodilators which can be inhaled a short time before exercise and may relieve the symptoms. A thorough evaluation is necessary before coming to a firm diagnosis and management plan .
