Ask A Doctor - Am I having anxiety attacks? If so, what can I do about it? - DesiMD Healthcare Services

In the most random of places, I will start to hyperventilate, shake, have a decrease of oxygen intake, feel nervous, be hyper-aware or active, and feel threatened. I am 17 years old. I'm not scared of people, in fact, I'm a very friendly person. - Asked by S N on 15-Oct-2014 07:03:22

It sounds like anxiety attack. You can try to breathe into a brown bag and this might help the hyperventilation and help calm you down.

Similar symptoms could happen with thyroid. I would recommend preliminary check up by your doctor and seeing psychologist to  help to deal with this and overcome this.
