usual age of menopause is between 45 to 50 varying from person to person. Are your periods regular. but some symptoms do look like pre menopausal symptoms but nothing to worry and keep calm relax and don't take too much stress that hormones act weird . relax and workout regularly

My periods never have been regular. And for the last couple of years i've been on birthcontrol. So that's no sign that i would be anywhere. I quit birthcontrol almost 2 weeks ago and i've had no period yet. I'm waiting...i'm not worrying, but i would like to know where my symptoms come from.
