When all the cardiac tests are normal there is nothing to worry. Acidity sometimes causes this kind of sharp pain which usually radiates. Try taking an ENO sachet with a glass of water. Also use Tab Rabeprazole 40mg daily morning on empty stomach for 10 days. If still persists then try meeting a Gastro-enterologist for further advice . Avoid heavy dinners and allow a gap of 2 hrs between your dinner and bed time.

We ruled out gerd. this is so confusing. it happens a lot at night. not during exertion.
