I am 23 years old. I am suffering from constipation for the past 5 years. Have consulted many doctors and done few treatments but still the same. Food never digest. Lost appetite to eat because of this. Per day 4 to 5 times i go to bathroom and suffer in excreting. Sometimes little pain in abdomen. The main problem is farting. It comes more than 20 times a day. I am unable to control. Humiliated that i have lost control over my body. Bad breath also. Most of the days diarrhea and other times semi-solid. And some pus like comes out at the end. I have a bad habit of smoking in toilet. But now i try to quit smoking and i am unable to quit. I sometimes its like if i smoke only i can excrete. I dont want to smoke hereafter. But i am forced to because of this. I suffering everyday. Could not eat, talk, work properly. I am pissed off everyday. Hoping to consult a doctor and live happier. this is a problem that needs immediate attention by a specialist. you need to get done at the minimum a battery of tests to diagnose the problem. lifestyle changes are not going to make any difference for you.
