do i have UTI or prostrate infection

i am male 21. from 3 years, have been suffered from a uncommon problem. after urination, up to few mins,it feel that something is moving inside the urethra. it stop and reoccur suddenly. It generally occur after urination. i have no other symptom like frequent urination, burning or pain. is it anything serious or chronic prostrate infection? should i consult urologist if i have no any further problem? t - Asked by A R on 25-Mar-2014 21:35:22

if you do not have fever, burning, frequent urination it may not be UTI.

since you are having this issue for 3 years and concerned about it, it doesnt hurt seeing a urologist. He may start with checking urine analysis, culture to see any bacteria, checking blood test for kidney function  etc.
