hello do you recommend using electronic stimulation devices from Wal-Mart or Walgreens for muscle pain relief? also are they safe to use? thank you. - Asked by s k on 15-Dec-2014 18:33:43

    Hi,

    I guess you can try them if other time tested methods fail. Probably elastic (or pressure) bandage, a pain killer (motrin) and rest would suffice.

    These devices are similar to TENS units . They could be helpful but at the same time if not used properly could make things worse.

    Recommend trying it with caution and if not better , please contact your doctor .
