    It could be a Boil (Hair follicle infection) or it could be a sore caused due to friction or rubbing of thighs . If it is filled with pus it need to drained . You can use antibiotics 

    Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily (antibiotic)

    Tab Lyser D Twice daily (pain killer )

    Tab Pan 40mg once daily before breakfast (antacid ) . All these medications for 5 days 

    IF still persisting then you can meet a local doctor
