    ther is no documented evidence saying that circumcision would prevent UTI ,,repeated UTI with no other cause ,can be helpful,,but ther are other disadvantages like surgery itself can cause some infection. u r baby reports are normal .get sensitivity test done ,,accordingly antibiotic can be started..
