    Hi,

High levels of SGPT indicate liver involvement. You probably had hepatitis. You can get Liver profile and see bilirubin levels. Hepatitis is usually is viral and can be caused  normally by A or B type. Please consult your doctor for further diagnosis and treatment.

It is important that this needs to be closely monitored until reason for liver problem is known and tests are back to normal.
