How would I know if I am suffering from this case? Ive been having difficulties sleeping lately and I cant seem to find a solution to help me solve my issue. If a person is suffering from such case, is there a natural way to solve it? Thanks. - Asked by C R on 08-Nov-2014 02:11:22

    few symptoms of primary insomnia are difficulty in falling asleep frequent awakenings perception that u can sleep in any other room other than ur room feeling restless depression you can try some natural ways like having a glass if hot milk one hr before bed time hot water shower 2 hrs before bedtime 1 hr of workout late evenings and healthy dinner including more of cheese. if still t he problem is persisting you can take a session of a counselling with a psychiatrist

    insomnia is a pure neuro psychiatric disorder
