Recently I have been having difficulties sleeping. It takes me quite a while to fall asleep and sometimes I wake up early in the morning. And when I do wake up so early, I find it very hard to fall asleep again. I'm suspecting that stress could be a reason why and the upcoming exams as well. I've tried "Melissa Dreams" and I am currently using "Kalms Night". Also, before I used any sleeping pills, I don't feel tired when I wake up, so, I'm really confused about my situation. I really want to stop using this pill but I don't know any natural alternative. Please help me. Thanks in advance. - Asked by C R on 04-Nov-2014 02:16:45

    Hello . Insomnia is a serious problem. you seem to be suffering from Primary chronic Insomnia . Chronic Stress , Depression or Anxiety could be possible reasons for your sleeplessness . there are many natural ways to treat insomnia . a few are listed below 

    1. Warm Milk at Bed time. 

    2. Bed time snack for Example. Banana with Peanut butter 30mins before hitting the bed , 

    3. Hot Shower 45mins before bedtime 

    4.Short Workout in the evening

     5. Research says that Magnesium plays a major role in sleep. So Increase Mg Rich foods i  your daily diet . Few Sources of Mg are Green leafy vegetables,wheat germ, pumpkin seeds, and almonds.
