    Hello

Some times because of diet people do have constipation or hard stool and also pain small amount of bleeing etc. its normal. . It can be rectified by few diet modifications . Increase fibre in your diet like more of fruits and vegetables esoecially during nights. Also Drink plenty of water , A glass of luke warm water with few drops of lemon as soon as you wake uo could be a good remedy. If its still persisting you can try taking Syrup Duphalac 10ml twice daily for 3 days.

If the above mentioned remedies like eating more vegetables and fruits in diet and drinking fluids does not help, try adding fiber supplements or stool softners like Docusate. If these dont work need to add mild laxative like Polyethylene glycol - daily until constipation is better.

If this persists you need to be evaluated by gastroenterologist -
