    Hi,

You have tightness in left pelvic region. Ultrascan did not reveal any abnormality. Colonoscopy is due. You are diabetic and have multiple sclerosis. Urine shows residual white powder. This might be caused by your medication voided in urine. If your colonoscopy is normal, the cause of symptom might be multiple sclerosis. Focal transient neurological signs, hypesthesia, hyperreflexia, hyperthermia or paresthesia are common in multiple sclerosis. The condition is self limiting.
