    Hi,

You have tuberculosis of spine and lower limb paralysis. You are treated with antitubercular medications and short term steroids. Presently you have itching sensation on lower waist. I guess it could be because of your spinal problem or side effects of your medications. Please take b-complex vitamins and consult your doctor further in this regard.

Hi, please talk to your doctor treating your TB of the spine regarding this symptom being an early sign of POTS disease with 'cold abscess' or psoas abscess with sinus tract. This could be part of disseminated (wide spread) TB with musculoskeletal abscesses. These are subtle in onset and some times could be a whole before they get diagnosed. It could be due to multiple other causes but this is the complication that needs to be ruled out early in the course.
