    Hi,

You have several symptoms but no laboratory data. Amongst the clinical features one considers following:Body hair decrease,Scalp hair loss,
    Generalized pruritus,Itching,Skin lesions,Skin eruptions,Skin pigmentation raise,Skin rash,Skin thickening,Skin ulcer,Numbness,Pigmentation
Urine volume decrease,Thickened tethered skin etc. Amongst infections one can consider viral hepatitis or pyelonephritis, autoimmune disease like multiple sclerosis or vasculitis, mixed connective tissue disease. One needs to rule out diabetes mellitus or nephrotic syndrome or other conditions leading to dehydration. A complete check up and full laboratory investigations followed by general physician and a good dermatological evaluation is needed for arriving at a diagnosis. Even if normal reports, inclusion of available reports would have helped.
