You can try taking KETO B cream which helps in reducing the fungal infection and itching. Also use Absorb Powder which keeps your groin dry and free from infections.

Jotch itch is a fungal infection, commonly called as ringworm. It is caused by excessive moisture retention in the fold areas of the body. It is highly contagious. In today's era, just a cream will not help much. You will need oral anti fungal for complete removal of the fungus. Meeting a dermatologist would be ideal. I understand you are just 13 and might be shy. But it is important to diagnose and treat the condition. I have seen patients who delay treatment also get the rash in visible areas like the hands and feet and even the face. Besides that, you can also spread the disease in your family members. It's important to meet a dermatologist at start oral antifungal immediately for an appropriate time span for complete treatment and cure. Till then, keep the area dry esp after bath and before wearing clothes. If the clothes get wet in the rain remember to change into dry clothes completely. Thanks. Dr Sonali
