Hello I am 30 years old having a daily mobile use for 9 t 10 hours daily from 5 years, maximum used in night, without using mobile in night for 3-4 hputs i cant sleep, i am trying to leave this habit but unable.. - Asked by N A on 25-Nov-2014 01:14:28

    In Current Conditions your problem is quite common and almost every one has the same problem . Try to take some sleep medication and divert yourself from mobile. take a break , keep it aside and try taking a hot shower and listen to music and spending time with family, you can meet a psychiatrist for fiurther advice and medications

    Hi,

    It probably helps treat your insomnia because you have identified its cause. Use bed room only for sleep and not for mobile or tv. Have a good life style including diet avoid alcohol or smoke. Do regular exercise and relaxation. Have a time discipline and a schedule for work and recreation. Allocate week ends for friends or family and concentrate on your work rest of time.
