hi doctor, first of all, i would like to thank you in advance for answering my question. im a 16 years old girl, 49kg 149cm tall. ive been suffering from bulimia nervosa for almost 5 years now, but i only went for the treatment halfway due to financial problems. my nose always bleeds. at times it bleeds 2 weeks straight, and because of that, i have low blood pressure when i was 10 years old but as for now im not really sure about it. i have nose bleeding ever since when im age 5 until now, 16. due to some problems im facing in life right now, it leads me to depression and im suicidal. yes i did self harm. and i overdosed myself with paracetamol and all kind of medications back then. now, im having shortness of breath, im getting weaker by days, my nose bleeds so often now, i cant even run as much as i used to back then. and i cant even eat, and each time i eat, the food tend to stuck on my throat and thats when i felt choke, nausea and then i will vomit. and sometimes i vomitted out some blood and spit out bloods too. i always have diarrhea, nausea and always feel like fainting. do you think i might have any serious illness or something? thank you i hope to hear from you soon - Asked by n s on 13-Aug-2015 19:10:16

    All your symptoms seems that you might be having some kind of bleeding disorder and also few psychological problems. It is better to meet a physician and undergo a complete blood check up to see if everything is fine and also to meet a psychiatrist who would advice you further..
