Hello, you can continue deriphylline retard 150 MG twice daily after food and Telekast L once daily at bedtime for 10 days, as it looks like a post viral infection the cough usually takes longer times to resolve, not to worry continue these medications along with a cough syrup like Syrup Ascoryl for wet cough ( that's if it's sputum) or syrup Ascoryl D if it's a dry cough. consume hot drinks and food and do a lot of salt water gargling for better relief. avoid cool drinks and cold water and exposure to cold environment for 10 days
