Hi Doctor iam Sairam male 23 years old..my vitamin B12 count is 275 though the count can be between 200-800 but i am seriously worrying about it as I have a problem of hands shivering and tingling sensation in my hands..is it because of that? please let me know and when iam giving a presentation even my lips shiver.iam not able to pronounce it correctly..can u tell me what are the problems relating to low vitamin b12 and what is the reason for my shivering..hope I get your reply as soon as possible..
