    Does she have any history of fever, in case chicken pox they will multiple in no.

    Spots from chicken pox usually occurs on face neck chest and back, thy are red round and often associated with itching and high fever, also the spots usually crest and fall off. if there are no such symptoms, these must be some allergic spots or rashes. Meet a pediatrician or dermatologist for further clarifications
