    Hi,

Usually benzoyl peroxide is good for acne. If acne is ruptured, it gives raise to black marks. Normally creams tend to block glands so try avoid them. If you are getting lot of pimples, you might need vitamin A orally. Try Isotretonin or Vitamin A tablets orally for few weeks, along with antibiotic orally (like azithromycin). Avoid direct sun exposure to dust or any allergic substance that cause skin irritation. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits.
