    • Sudden cold exposure should be avoided.
    •  Keep yourself warm by wearing warm lower, inner and socks
    • Try to keep yourself away from infected common cold persons
    • Wash your hand frequently because hands act as suitable carrier for the virus
    • Touching your nose, eyes and mouth is should be avoided.
    • Children and Elderly should be vaccinated against Pneumonia and flu.
    • Yoga practices
    • nutritious meals
