Low back ache and neck pain are the most common health problems in your occupation. Try following measures

Firstly while sitting in front of your computer see that you are sitting straight without bending the spine . See that your key board is at the level of your elbow

Avoid travelling an if you have to travel try to avoid continuous driving and take breaks in between.

Use a neck collar while travelling.

Back strengthening exercises and isometric neck exercises are helpful . Practice then regularly.

Avoid prolonged sitting for long hours. Walk as much as you can in your work hours.

If the pain is severe you can take a pain killer like Aceclofenac+Paracetamol twice daily for 5 days for instant pain releif.
