Hello, Welcome to this forum. First time pregnancy always need to be continued. That is the most common advice which I must say you. Otherwise, there is option like taking medicine under the vigilance of a doctor. Medicine like Mifegest is very effective for aborting pregnancy at its early weeks. But there is a minor risk of bleeding. Thus, if you still want to abort; meet any OBG consultant for an opinion as well as a prescription.
