hello I'm 17 don't get much sleep I was wondering if there is anything I can take to help this and what can I do what do I eat and what is the average time a teen my age should sleep is there anything I can do to help me sleep - Asked by L G on 19-Nov-2014 07:21:48

    Hello Any adult need a minimum of 6 to 8 hrs of sleep on average. You can try the following 

    Workout for half an hr late in the evening

    A glass if Hot milk at bed time 

    Hot shower one hr before bed 

    you can try reading your favorite book or Music 

    Foods like Yougurt, Milk , Fish , Sprouts also help in getting better sleep
