    Hi,

You probably have gastric or duodenal ulcer or acid peptic disease. Pain immediately after taking food indicates stomach ulcer while pain after 1-2 hrs indicates duodenal ulcer. You must do diet control and avoid taking food that is not suitable for you. Take bland diet without spices or strong flavors. Avoid soda, alcohol, coffee or citrous drinks (like lime or orange). You might take omeprazole 20 mg twice daily on empty stomach (or 1hr before dinner) for ten days followed by once daily for 2-3 weeks.

In addition to above mentioned problems, gall stones are a possibility - Gall stone attacks happen 1/2 hr to 1 hr after fatty or greasy meal and lasts for 1-2 hrs and gets better . It can be diagnosed by ultrasound .
