    Hello

Your pain is because of the Mirena that is placed in the uterus.

The most common side effects of Mirena are amenorrhea, intermenstrual bleeding and spotting, abdominal/pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, headache/migraine, acne, and depressed/altered mood.

These are common during the 1st year of placement of mirena. You can just relax and take a dose of Tab. Mefthal Spas if the pain is too much, But if the pain is constant and not going down or if you are having very heavy bleeding you need to see a gynaecologist
