    Hi,

It could be a lymph gland. Axillary lymphadenopathy might be due to many reasons including infections, conncective tissue disease, hematological or neoplastic conditions. It is better to get it biopsied to rule out anything abnormal. Please consult your doctor in this regard.

It could be swollen lymph node or swollen glands. It could be infection or lymph node problems. Usually it is red, painful or tender if it is from infection. Breast problems can cause lymph node swelling in arm pits , esp cancers need to be ruled out. Continue to monitor and I strongly recommend getting this checked out.
