Hello, Ovarian Cysts can be physiological ,benign or malignant. Sometimes they remain unsymptomatic and unnoticed till it becomes very severe. Now in your case the pain abdomen u are complaining of could be majorly because of the cyst . the treatment depends on the size number and quality of the cyst. if the pain is very severe we can suspect Rupture of the cyst, torsion of the cyst rapid growth or bleeding. Kindly meet your doctor with all the ultrasound reports.
