PUJ MEANS PELVI URETERIC JUNCTION. CAUSE WHY KIDNEY WAS REMOVED WE DONT KNOW.
NO SHE LL NOT HAVE NY PROBLEM IF HER KIDNEY FUNCTION IS NORMAL.
