    There are many reasons for headache and Vomitings in Adolescents . Few causes are Migraine ( Family history), Anxiety and Stress , History of head injury,some preserved foods containing nitrates like meat n hotdogs also increase headaches. More serious problems might include Brain. If the symtoms are persisting you will have to meet a Neurologist  He might suggest a CT BRain to rule out any brain lesions,
