diabetic patients are more prone to fungal infections ,and poor hygiene can be a cause of smell

Hello, I have a purely diabetes mellitus handling clinic at Dharwad, where I have  not come across a single diabetes patient who had foul smell. Foul smell is only possible in patients with untreated or badly treated wounds, foot ulcers or any such badly infected lesions. On an average diabetes patients do not have any specific smell.
