Acne is because of infection of glands in skin of face. It is a normal process during adolescence.  These are aggravated by allergy, dust and creams or sometimes food. Prevent scarring by excess application of creams which block normal glands and increase infection. Imrove hygeine by frequent washing of face with soap and application of talcum powder. Avoid excess exposure to sun or dust. Take prudent diet and do regular exercise. Take hot water bath twice daily and wear clean fresh garments. Try azithromycin or erythromycin tablets orally. There is erythromycin lotion for acne if they are not many.
