hi, I am 26 years old, 5'2 , 3 children and I weigh 185 lbs. I am on Mirena bc. have noticed past month or 2 that my belly is getting round and hard and huge. I get asked daily of I'm pregnant. I took a hot but it came out negative. I also have been diagnosed with small ovarian cyst in the pass, as well as endometriosis. please give me your professional opinion.     Hi, if you are taking mirena regularly, with a negative urine pregnancy test - then the chances of pregnancy are very low. Some degree of increase in waist circumference could be from the mirena itself. Also it could be from the dietary intake of total daily calories. But if you are gaining significant weight rapidly, then you need to see your doctor to look at other causes like hormonal or uterine or ovarian causes.
