Wheatgrass, an herb that is known for various health benefits, is prepared from the cotyledons of the wheat plant, which are biologically known as Triticumaestivum. Wheatgrass is gaining reputation for disease prevention and healthy living, as it packs in itself the goodness of chlorophyll, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and enzymes and also bioflavanoids, proteins and other important nutrient. It helps in maintaining optimal body functions.

Wheat grass is usually consumed either as wheat grass powder or juice and is nature’s finest medicine.Rich nutrient content of wheatgrass helps boost immunity, kill harmful bacteria in the digestive system and clears your body of waste.
