Avoid frequent coffee, tea and red wine.

Drink plenty of water to wash away the food debris left on your teeth

Teeth with root canals or fillings are often weakened. Don’t bite on hard food that will crack your tooth.

Go for a periodic dental checkup to prevent any caries, cavities, plaque formation and gum diseases if any.
