Sleep Challenges and Associated Disorders

A good night’s sleep is essential for maintaining optimal health. Lack of quality sleep is one of the common complaints with many, because of erratic lifestyles and high stress levels or working in night shifts. This leads to sleep disorders which induce physiological or pathological changes similar to that produced by external stressors.

Whatever the reason may be, when you

experience problems sleeping at night for a long period of time, you must attend to it immediately. Lack of sleep or sleep disorders may lead to other associated disorders like:

  • Metabolic problems.
