Tips to keep your bones healthy:

Eat a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D such as milk, yogurt, green leafy vegetables and fish. Also get natural sunlight to reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Get regular exercise to prevents bone loss and strengthen bones

Cut down smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.

Reduce stress with activities such as yoga and meditation

Get a bone mineral density test as advised by your doctor.
