DesiMD Suraksha Mee Aarogyaniki Raksha

Developing Healthier Communities

As part of our continued efforts in creating healthier communities, DesiMD will be adopting various villages across India, to offer healthcare services under the project "DesiMD Suraksha Mee Aarogyaniki Raksha". The aim of this project is to create a virtual health network and actively manage the health of the people, one at a time.

The first village that was adopted by DesiMD in association with Amarsai Trust in September 2015, was Angaluru in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, which is now followed by adopting Sanjeevarpuram in W. Godavari district of AP for healthcare services.

Sanjeevapuram is adopted by Murali Mohan, MP, a veteran film star, producer and a business executive, to develop the group of villages that fall under Sanjeevapuram Panchayat. DesiMD has partnered with MP Murali Mohan, to provide various healthcare services to Sanjeevapuram as part of the DesiMD’s village adoption project.

The project objectives are:

  • Provide convenience-based healthcare services
  • Facilitate access to primary care doctor 24/7 via phone - 040-4242-8282
  • Continuously monitor the health of the village residents by DesiMD doctor
  • Create and enable online access to Personal Health Records (PHR)
