Hello doctor,i am 33 yr old,i have abdominal pain sometimes.ultrasound report of abdomen n pelvis are normal.i have history of fissure and grade 1 and grade 2 piles each..had liver function test..results are direct bilirubin 0.47 mg%.. total bilirubin 1.14mg%..SGOT 42 IU/L.SGPT 59 IU/L..serum alk.phosphate 212 IU/L..FURTHER hepatitis B test(HBD Ag) is negative...plz give ur opinion on test reports and further reason/suggest tests for abdominal or any gastroenterology consultation... - Asked by g x on 09-Aug-2016 14:27:46

    everything seem normal , you wil have to take more of fiber rich food and plenty of water to over come the fissure
