According to Ayurveda their may b increase in vat dosha in your body.use ghee in your diet.take 20 ml of castor oil at bed time.with it your problem will be solved gradually. Basti panchkarma is best treatment for you .regards www.junankarayurveda.com

u need to chande ur diet pattern... like take high fibre diet....
take syp .duphalac 15 ml at bed time for 1 week.
