this need to be evaluated...better to consult a pulmonlogist to be on safer side.

hi,,
this need to be evaluated,,,as it can due to granulomatous infection like TB,fungal infection,,harmatoma,,it can also be a cancer,,,,,
for atelectasis cause to be known--,,,,breathing exercises,with incentive spirometer,,,,chest physiotherapy...and finally if problem is severe surgery is done,,
.,,,,,consult pulmonologist it will be better
